August 6, 2015 – Vancouver, BC – The Vancouver Spirit Run, presented by ASICS, is set for September 13th at Jericho Beach Park, is extremely pleased to announce that SierraSil Health Inc. will once again be offering up close to $3,000 in prize money. This will be the largest purse offered for any of the races in the Lower Mainland Cross-Country Series. SierraSil will be awarding prize money to both the “Open” and “Masters” category (40+) race in the following increments for both top female and male athletes.
1st Prize – $ 400.00 / 2nd Prize – $200.00 / 3rd Prize – $75.00
“We want to encourage people to be healthy and active, and offering prize money gives that extra incentive.
