School Teams, Clubs and Group Entries

Registering for the Vancouver Spirit Run is Easy!

To create or join a group, schools, clubs and teams can use the same online registration form as for individuals. Entry is through Race Online.

If you are a coach, parent, or team captain entering a team of more than 10 athletes (can be different age groups) please attach an excel spreadsheet (please do not paste into the body of an email) with the following information and email vancouverspiritrun@gmail.com

  • Event #
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Sex
  • Club/School
  • Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • BC Athletics # (Optional)

If you are a BC Athletics member and you do not know your BC Athletics # please go to the membership lookup at Trackie.

Online Registration Closes on Friday, September 23rd at 6pm.

You can register online and we will also offer Day of Race Registration onsite.
Please note that registration will close 30 minutes prior to the start of each race.
Race Numbers can be picked up at the registration tent at the course.
